Meal plan week of 03/04/2018

* leftovers tonight since last week’s meals made a lot so need to finish it all up.

* down to the last 3 quarts of my canned tomatoes from this past summer and I want to cry. They have been life giving for all of us this past fall and winter. Using 2 of them for one last batch of tomato soup while the nights are still chilly.

* Bought many pounds of ground beef on amazing sale at the farmers’ market this past summer and have been making our way through them. Will be using one of the pounds to make Jenny Rosenstratch’s Parmesan meatballs along with Marcella Hazan’s incredibly easy and amazing homemade sauce.
